In November 2023, during the relentless pursuit of perfection for Tripel Karmeliet, a new exclusive beer was born: Karmeliet Grand Cru.
Karmeliet Grand Cru was brewed with the same expertise as our Tripel Karmeliet.
Not three, but four varieties of grains contribute to the intense taste and creamy mouthfeel while savoring Karmeliet Grand Cru. While barley brings finesse, wheat imparts freshness, and oats provide a silky finish, rye elevates the tasting experience with an additional touch of freshness, smoothness, and roundness in the mouth.
Sublime on the palate, Karmeliet Grand Cru stands out with its smooth finish and refreshing character. Aged on wood with a fourth grain, it offers elegant vanilla notes and enhanced fruity aromas from natural refermentation.
